Alkoomi Grazing Collection Cabernet Merlot Varietal:Cabernet Merlot a number of casks haveA classically made blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from WA. Loads of ripe blue fruit with a splash of cassis, vanilla bean and some gentle eucalypt. The mid palate is soft, with a lash of grainy tannin on the finish. It's gravelly, oaky and lush, and should keep well for years to come.
