Honey toast, ripe apple, peach and cream all jostling in the big fog of perfume. The palate shows more tension than expected, green apple, sweet peach, vanilla, faint toasty notes and chalky, minerally characters found harmoniously and seamlessly woven. Full flavoured, generous but well balanced, is the deal. Very pleasing indeed.
