Little Pond Stories ~ Between the Lily Pads Custom Hand embroidered on beautiful whiteThis artwork is set in a 5" hoop and has been created using cotton, watercolour, gouache and thread. I wanted to create a duo of artworks to depict a childrens story, with a hint of playfulness. My hope was that this piece, along with the second + smaller in the duo (The Curious One), gave the feeling that stillness and playfullness exist side by side. These two feathery friends capture the gentle rhythm of life peaceful restoration and moments of
