The 2019 Chardonnay was selected from a few of our favorite vineyards located in the Horse Heaven Hills and Yakima Valley AVAs

Mature fruit intermixed with spices and toasted coffee

Fu-Ki Sake enhances the flavor of food by cleansing and sensitizing the palate

Pair with grilled bone-in ribeye in rosemary butter with roasted root vegetables or a medium rare cheeseburger with aged cheddar

tannins are present and well blended

A little bit of toast, really intense, almost too much, complex, but unforgiving. he 2019 Saint Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly has also turned out nicely, displaying aromas of pear, fresh bread, confit lemon and nutmeg, framed by a promisingat this stage in its levagetouch of reduction. Medium to full bodied, satiny and incisive, it's ample and elegantly textural, but built around a lovely spine of acidity, concluding with a lively finish.
