Very clean. Some of the cut ends are felted a bit, just at the tip. The rest of each lock is in perfect condition shiny, supple, with an amazing spring and bounce. Ripe Olive and Grape Juice and all the glorious shades where they meet. Coordinating hand dyed semisolid wool tops available here. Great for tail or lockspinning. Excellent for adding fringe to your felting project. Great for doll hair, too!
