This example appears to be a Thonet production, one of the manufacturers who produced these sofas and lounge chairs for SOM projects, among others. It has tufted black upholstery, and has square polished steel tubular legs. It is marked with a foil tag from Bowling Green University, likely commissioned for use in the Mathematical Sciences
