This 750 mL of E&J brandy comes with a screw cap for easy opening and secure closure

Aged in fine white oak casks for 18 months and then bestowed with different shades of diamond

so it is safe to assume that at least some non-Kentucky bourbon found its way into this batch

Light and clean flavor with toffee sweetness and hints of cigar leaf and pepper

Hillrock Single Malt Whiskey (750ml) Cabernet Sauvignon It is aged in bourbonA New York single malt whiskey, no age statement. Very malty cereal focused on the nose, with hints of smoke. There seems to be some fruit in there, but its buried under an avalanche of toasted Cheerios. The body offers racy and savory spices, pepper and some cloves, with a growing wood influence racing up behind it. The grain character remains the strongest, however, with lots of well fired barley rounding out a very youthful but expressive spirit.
