MERIT is known for making exceptional wine/beer hybrids so we wanted to use the opportunity to make our first beer with wine

Somehow this beer is smooth for the ABV and extremely juicy

We teamed up with the legends at Bellwoods to make a fun riff on each other's Triple IPA and used some hops we're both loving

5% IPA brewed with wheat and oats and hopped exclusively with one of our favourite hops

We started with an IPA brewed with a large portion of oats and co fermented it with honey harvested from the hives at the Milton Public Library's Beaty Branch. We then dry hopped it with Eclipse, Lotus and HBC586.
