Description

touches of tropical fruit coming through allied with more mineralité than the 1995 Cuvée Madame

Silky and spicy

After thirty minutes in the glass

when it's good it's very good but I've now had too many disappointing bottles not to be wary

powerful and opulent big-bodied flavors that possess an abundance of palate soaking dry extract that pushes the otherwise tightly coiled tannins to the background on the massively long coffee-inflected finish that really fans out as it sits on the palate
