Jura 30yo Single Pot Still alongside truffles and star aniseJura 30yo is matured for 27 years in American white oak, and a final three in Amoroso sherry casks. Bottled at 44%. Nose: Whispers of sea spray, spicy apple and honeyed figs linger in the background. Taste: Fleshy oranges, tangy liquorice and sweet pineapple are followed by orange rind, black cherries, dark toffee and sun dried raisins. Finish: Dry and spice with a slightly bitter oak.
