藤絹織物の都喜ヱ門というブランドの生地です。

染められた花文様はすべて吉祥文様で、華やかでおめでたい意味を持ちます。

器物文様は昔から日本人の生活に馴染みのあるものを文様化したもので、こちらの柄にもある壺文様は水を溜めるための道具であったことから「お金を貯める」ことを想像させる文様です。
