Clear Creek Canyon at Night Size:11"x14" I walked around the neighborhood

I walked around the neighborhood looking for changes in the season when I encountered a building with a blank palette

the train departed and with a 15 second exposure captured the motion of the train as it headed south

Fall is definitely in the air in Denver and the color is also visible along Speer Blvd

I had my longer lens on the camera and starting playing with a narrow depth of focus on the handles creating this image

Prior to leaving the lake I checked out some other areas and found some tall grasses backlit blowing in the wind

Clear Creek Canyon at Night Size:11"x14" I walked around the neighborhoodI headed up Clear Creek Canyon with a friend who is familiar with the area from his many trips here fishing. As we stopped at a parking area in the dark we climbed up higher to get a perspective over the road. Highway 6 can be busy with traffic heading to the casinos and other mountain locations west of Golden. However at times you can also find a lone car as in this image.
