but Chiara and Giorgio Boschis clearly brought out all the best the vineyard had to give

round and polished middle weight plus flavors that possess plenty of underlying muscle and power on the hugely long

Marquis d'Angerville, Volnay Vintage:2020 (from Les Gamaires)(exclusively from Les Grands Champs as Les Pluchots was recently replanted). A more elegant nose speaks of cool and refined aromas of plum, dark currant and lovely spice wisps. There is better density to the more powerful and serious medium weight flavors where the slightly warm finish is notably firmer. At least some patience advised.
