Just a day prior some early snow fell in the area which still was on the higher peaks in the distance

Today in the United States is Veterans Day which led me to Fort Logan National Cemetery this afternoon for some images

I came across a water storage unit

I also zoomed in to the holiday lights and played with the focus to get the above effect for the image

As I spent the day exploring on Angel Island in the San Francisco Bay

Abstract Flower Presentation:Photobox Just a day prior someThere is something to be said about the magnitude of the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, Canada. A few years ago I visited the gardens and it is one of those places you can spend all day with your camera. After a while I focused my efforts on using a macro lens in the rose gardens and looking for interesting elements in the flowers themselves which is the above image.
