Fireworks in the Night Sky Building After a spring snow storm

After a spring snow storm in Denver I headed up to this spot to capture the scene with snow covered mountains

Crossing the bridge over C470 towards Green Mountain I found a gap in the fencing which allowed me to photograph the traffic passing by my location

While walking along the edge of the lake I could hear and see a couple of wolves across the lake defending their turf

It was at this moment where you can say having an alarm go off at 3:00am was worth it as I was provided with a colorful start to the weekend

On this trip I had a film camera with me allowing the grain to show in the image which was taken on the trip

On this evening capturing some fireworks over Coors Field, it is always good to determine if you want to just capture the displays in the sky or also an element in the foreground. Based on this decision it will really determine where you will photograph the fireworks from and also what type of lens length will be best.
