The 2010 Gloria has a very attractive and quite intense bouquet with a surfeit of blackberry and wild strawberry scents

The bunches on average were loose and the berries small

Both the 2010 and the 2009 continue to blow me away every time I taste them

The 2010 Barolo Monvigliero shows a pretty degree of color salutation with brilliant garnet and ruby highlights

Drouhin Laroze, Bonnes Mares Vintage:2013 white flowers(almost entirely from a 1. 5 ha parcel in terres rouges). A brooding and backward nose is presently revealing little save for glimpses of red and blue berry fruit aromas though the rich, full and sleekly muscled flavors are sappy, intense and powerful, all wrapped in a classy and very pure finish of exceptional length. Despite the reserve, this is impressively constructed and built to age. Terrific and worth a close look. (92 95) 2017+
