Included is everything in the photo. Red and Black cleats, reflectors and mounting screws. The pedals have never been used but they have some very light shelfwear from being shuffled around. These pedals include cleats and are designed to be used with SPD SL (road) type shoe. These won't work with regular SPD shoes.
