"Snow Cap on 66" 2005-Present The idea for the flying

The idea for the flying spark plug sign had been with me for several years

perhaps assuring its rightful place in our history

obviously one of the tracks that made the Shelby Cobra famous in the 60’s

I found more and more exciting details

“ZR-1:  The Legend” features a 1995 Corvette ZR-1 in front of a dealership wall sign which I created advertising the ZR-1 along with the newer Corvette logo

"Snow Cap on 66" 2005-Present The idea for the flyingSnow Cap on 66 was inspired by a trip to SEMA in Las Vegas. I detoured from I 40 at Seligman, Arizona as the original Route 66 traveled through there. It was a typical deserted town except for one businessthe Snow Cap restaurant and ice cream station. The more I took photos, I found more and more exciting details. Its an original 66 place still owned by the original family. And it was so full of tourists that I just had to do this painting.
