Paul Wallace Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc 2026 The Only Whisky Show Nose: Spicy and sweet with2026 is the eleventh vintage of Paul Wallace Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc. As the name suggests she is a little charmer and somewhat flirtatious. Sourced from the highest lying terraces, traversing the feature conical hill on the farm, the west, south and east facing slopes each contribute to a diversity of flavours, which make this wine so appealing. Grapes were harvested on 29 February 2024, hand picked and fermented in stainless steel before
