Mai Po No. 1 (2025) Wine Pernicious Weed is a celebrationMai Po No. 1 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel aged in Elijah Craig Bourbon and Robber's Straight Rye Whiskey Barrels. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of brandied cherries, chestnuts and caramel. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
