limbs and head with just a little wood wool in his snout  He has been loved with some loss to his pale golden mohair which is worse on his back and his tummy but he has good coverage on his head

He could be given lots of restoration but I have fallen in love with him just as he is

(1915) Abbey. Harwin & Co. Art Silk Cinnamon His label is fraying onRare and wonderful antique teddy bear by British firm Harwin & Company. The factory in North London ceased in 1930 so very few of these bears survive. A rare 1915 Harwin Teddy Bear with golden mohair, oily clear and black glass eyes with remains of dark brown painted backs, black stitched nose with nostrils, W shaped mouth and long claws, ears set on the sides, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump and growler. 20' tall.
