Antique Dawes (London) Hand Saw - 26” - 9tpi (Beech) croc An Old Small Short SwingA very rare old, antique hand saw by Dawes of London. The crosscut saw blade has the makers mark 'Dawes, London'. This old saw is from a life long collector, a real tangible piece of history. This saw dates to at least the 1870's 1880's, possibly earlier. The first Dawes maker listed in the British Saws book is 1852. TPI: 9 Blade length: 26" Condition: blade has a tiny, tiny curve, all teeth present, the saw is pretty sharp, please see photos for
