The bouquet is bright, ripe and complex, jumping from the glass in a blaze of gooseberry, fresh lime, newly mown grass, chalky soil tones, lime blossoms and a touch of citrus peel in the upper register. On the palate the wine is full bodied, focused, complex and rock solid at the core, with lovely soil signature, zesty acids and excellent balance on the long
