Breath of Islay 21 Year Old Adelphi 1964 Strawberries and vanilla with blackA single cask release bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 1999, matured for 21 years in a refill American oak PX sherry hogshead and bottled in 2020. Only 176 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 48. 7%. Nose: Root ginger, orange blossom, fruit salad sweets, pineapple upside down cake, oyster shell and dockside brine. Palate: White peach, mandarin, salted milk chocolate, and
