The NED 'Skyscraper' Sauvignon Blanc 2025 (750ml) MITOLO derives it’s name from theTasting notes: Unlike standard stainless steel Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs, a portion of the "Skyscraper" undergoes fermentation in French oak. This provides sophisticated layers of weight, complexity, and a plush mouthfeel. Punchy and vibrant aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, and passionfruit, underpinned by a distinct "wet stone" or smoky herb minerality. Bright, zesty, and crisp with a clean, lingering line of acidity.
