Quintus Vintage:2016 (from a superbly situated 1The inaugural vintage of Chteau Quintus, with only ex Tertre Daugay fruit used. Leather, plum and spice aromatics are at the fore. The palate is round but with a fresh, chalky, terroir note, and there is a pebble sucking finish. It was early days but the wine is honest and pleasing. The oak is just about integrated. It's ready for drinking now.
