Crafted from a blend of 70% Midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two row malted barley, and fermented with a wine yeast from Frances Loire Valley. Matured for at least 2 years in air dried oak barrels. Bottled at 46. 5%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Crisp grain with caramel and honey on the nose.
