Masottina Collezione 96 Brut Prosecco is produced from 100% Glera grapes which are white vinified at a controlled temperature of 15 18C. Prise de mousse and maturation on the yeasts normally take place for a month in pressure tanks, on selected yeasts, at a temperature of 14 15C. The wine ages in bottle for approximately
