Mendenhall Lake and Glacier Building When you zoom into the

When you zoom into the detail it starts to tell a different story then just part of the building which is protecting the interior

color and shape

This allowed a different reflection to be found when I was photographing and while capturing the color also provided some mystery to the scene

however it will no doubt be changing in the upcoming years as Denver continues to grow

My initial plan was to photograph at the south end of Washington Park

Mendenhall Lake and Glacier Building When you zoom into theMendenhall Glacier is located north of downtown Juneau in an area referred to as the valley. As the glacier slowly recedes the lake is forming and started to do so in 1931. If you follow the glacier up it will run into the Juneau Ice Field which is currently the 5th largest in North America.
