Macallan Classic Cut 2019 30yo Palate: Lovely fruit on entryThe 2019 and third release in the limited annual Macallan Classic Cut series. Crafted by Macallan Whisky Maker, Polly Logan, this expression was matured exclusively in sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Naturally coloured and bottled at 52. 9%. Nose: Orange zest with ginger and nutmeg balanced with sultana and a hint of hazelnut. Palate: Sweet ginger and orange zest with a gentle oak spice. Finish: Medium sweet with a lingering honey note.
