With a storm having moved through the area over night as well as high tide the water was coming up to the steps down to the cove bringing man and nature merging in the scene

It was a nice overcast fall afternoon which allowed for some even light on the location as I prepared to take the image once again for Thirty Days

Looking for an angle of the Daniel and Fisher Tower which is decorated around Christmas I came across a perspective I have not seen before while in the area

From Commons Park I pointed my camera towards Union Station to capture the scene with the train station and city skyline

On this day it was overcast in Sitka which helped create this image

Aircraft Departing from Denver International Airport Size:8"x10" With a storm having movedWith the warmer winter weather the past few weeks I headed out towards the airport. It was an evening when aircraft were taking off to the north which allowed me to get a little closer then when I did a similar image in 2008 south of the airport. Waiting for the aircraft is always the most challenging part as you are not always certain where the aircraft will turn as the frame is open for a long exposure. This image is a thirty second exposure as the
