Marc Hebrart Blanc de Blancs Champagne Laphroaig Semillon (15%) from Swartland’s alluvialProduced from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 15% Grand Cru fruit from Oiry and Chouilly, and 85% Premier Cru fruit from Mareuil sur A. Each parcel is vinified separately and gently pressed using a Bucher press. Fermentation takes place in glass lined stainless steel and ceramic tanks, with some older vine parcels undergoing barrel fermentation and indigenous yeast fermentation. These parcels are aged in 205 litre, four year old
