The tide was at a normal level allowing some of the growth to show just above the water level at this time today

When you climb the steps to the public area in the dome of the Colorado State Capitol you start to get the sense of the detail of the dome itself

On this evening capturing some fireworks over Coors Field

The large piece of ice caught my attention here which is really hard to put into perspective without scale in this image

There wasn’t much time to take the image without people but on a weekday it made it a little easier with some patience

Lines of the Facade Building The tide was at aLooking up at a building I noticed the repeating lines of the facade which drew my eye. With that I was able to zoom in just to capture this portion of the Chicago building and how the lines and patterns work with the shape of the building. A final conversion to black and white allows these elements to be stronger in the frame of the image I capture here.
