First we start with our signature caramel cookie base and load it with caramel bits, milk chips, and Heath toffee bits. Next is a fudge brownie layer. The brookie is filled with a caramel buttercream, then topped with a smooth caramel layer. The entire brookie is topped with a chocolate shell, more Heath toffee btis, a Twix bar, and a Milky Way.
