This is lovely and a wine that could be approached after only 4 to 5 years of cellaring yet reward 12 to 15

yet the creamy mousse carries a concentrated range of honeyed apricot

These aromas are held in tension

Here too the menthol character isn’t subtle though neither is it especially invasive on the layered aromas of blue and red pinot fruit

but all the components are in the right proportions
