Rolex made over 200 modifications to the Zenith El Primero base to create its calibre 4030. Its dial features a unique combination of arabic numerals and Inverted Six lower subregister, a pre production proof of concept from Rolexs dial manufacturer through the late 1990s when higher emphasis was placed on in house manufacturing. The layout never entered
