Manual harvesting by successive sorting. De stemming, thermo regulated fermentation in cement vats. Aging in barrels, aging in old oak tuns, fining, light filtration. Only 8,400 bottles produced. Deep ruby red color, dark, purple reflection. Aromas of black fruits, liquorice. The palate is deep, suave, with notes of citrus, blackcurrant, jammy fruit. The tannins are dense.
