Initially matured in first fill ex bourbon barrels and finished in Amontillado sherry casks for 12 months. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 53. 3%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Maritime notes of sea spray with sweet honey and caramel. Palate: Creamy vanilla and salted caramel are balanced with warming spicy notes of cinnamon
