Austere Modular 6-pack Glassware that means biggerAustere Modular Experimental Pilsner 5. 4% ABV The next in our annual experimental series of pilsners lagers. Each year, we stray from the traditional pilsner lager brewing processes and ingredients to explore where we can push the boundaries. This iteration is brewed with pilsner malt and blonde roast oats; using oats in this style is untraditional. We hopped it with Czech Saaz, commonly seen in pilsners, and Nectaron, uncommonly seen in pilsners.
