The 3-year OS rates for the four groups (high AFP & high PIVKA-II, high AFP & low PIVKA-II, low AFP & high PIVKA-II, low AFP & low PIVKA-II) were 31.7%, 67.3%, 51.6%, and 70.0%, respectively (p 25%) tumor shrinkage were 58.0% (57 participants at risk) versus 36.0% (8 participants at risk) at 48 months and 50.7% (34 participants at risk) versus 26.3% (4 participants at risk) at 60 months for STRIDE versus sorafenib, respectively
