This is the pinnacle of what Moet calls Haute Oenologie: a multi vintage assemblage drawing on seven exceptional years from the cellar (1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2012), each contributing a specific texture or tension to the blend. The grape mix runs 40%
