Butter Zero Chardonnay Bottle:1 The Walt Pinots are madeButter Zero is the alcohol removed version of JaM Cellars' popular Butter Chardonnay. The base wine is fermented traditionally in California, then gently de alcoholized using vacuum distillation to preserve aroma. It retains Butter's hallmark notes of vanilla, baked apple, and creamy texture with a crisp, alcohol free finish.
