Appears to be in great vintage conditon overall showing only normal signs of wear from use storage. Some staining on the cover. I am not sure of the age but it came with some town tax booklets that dated from the 1950's to 1970's. I am assuming it is in that age range. Please view all pics as they are a part of the listing.
