Made entirely on Islay with 100% Scottish barley, it's trickle distilled for a balanced, smoky character reminiscent of heather and barbecue. Aged casks contribute waves of caramel, fudge, and vanilla custard, while hints of ginger, nutmeg, and clove add complexity. A touch of marine influence calms the smoke, and citrus notes
