Chateau Bouscasse Madiran 'Vieilles Vignes' 2004 Bottle:12 Ripe red fruit and theMedium to deep ruby red in color is a touch purple at the rim. Aromas are of lifted, lively red & black plums & damsons. The palate comprises open, soft, ripe, juicy plum fruit, that is supported by fresh acid. The fruit on the mid palate fades quite quickly, giving way to some slightly astringent tannins. Alcohol is in balance & the finish has reasonable length.
