The shades can be turned in any direction desirable and move up and down the base. Also the angle of the shades in relation to the carrying mechanism can be adjusted. The lamp requires two E27 26 (standard) bulbs and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Very good. The piece is still looking great. The base has some visible user wear, see last pictures. The inside lacquer of the shades seems non original
