Famous since its foundation, Dolin has a real following among, vermouth drinkers, based on two factors. The first is its use of over 20 differnt, carefully selected, plants and aromatics, combined with a maceration time of over 14 days. This produces both freshness on the nose and a depth on the palate that are not present in other vermouths. The second is its
