I am fairly confident that these part number are the same/cross-reference with 0984356 & 0984961 as period OMC parts diagrams numbers didn't always match up the the physical number stamped on the actual parts

from 1964-1989 - (2-Piece Rear Oil Seal) - 1990 & up was 1-piece and not the same as this)
