Description

2% Mourvèdre • From vines in the shadow of the Dentelles de Montmirail • 300-400 meters (only 20% of Gigondas is at this altitude) • Grown on clay-limestone with southeast exposure • 100% whole cluster • Indigenous yeast • Aged in large older barrels • Unfined and unfiltered

The quenching finish is crisp

The suffix of "-ello" makes this meaning a bit lighter

We made our Prosecco using the Charmat sparkling wine process

The mouth is broad and creamy
