The arcs can be adjusted in height and turned all around. The eyeball shades can be positioned inside or outside the arcs and placed in the rings in any direction desirable. The lamp requires two E27 lightbulbs and currently has an EU plug. [Condition] Very good. The lamp still looks great, the chrome is still shiny. Inside of the eyeball shades user wear is visible, see last picture.
